What are some of the consequences of poor sleep?

None in this present situation. My roommates are just trying to force me to talk to them instead of Yami or Linda which I've been rejecting since 12/18 because of what I previously answered and my brothers situation. I came to the reverse racism determination 1/19 which has been repeatedly reconfirmed as opposed to you winning me over or changing my point of view.

I've gone about a week without sleep. I started hallucinating and put myself in a life-threatening position as a result. Aside from that, being tired, unclear thinking, anxiety etc seem to be pretty common.
