    You will need math skills.

Which job would you like. They are very different. Have you looked into salary for both?  Job opportunities for both fields?

Why study and pay to study both when you can only do one job?

Most community colleges offer both of these courses.

I would highly recommend getting a meeting with the head of each department at your CC. Ask them about the course, how much math is needed and job opportunities. Ask how long it will take you to complete the course when you are working full time.  Do they offer Saturday or night classes.

Working full time you will not have the time to take both courses at the same time.

Some LPN programs require you to have taken a CPN program first.

Phlebotomy course will take less time to complete.
