Who are the false prophets in Matthew 7:15 and Revelation 19:20 & 20:10?

Matthew 7:15 Beware of FALSE PROPHETS, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.

By definition, a false prophet is any false preacher of religion, but they are not always cult leaders who are on the fringe of society, such as the Reverend Jim Jones, Reverend Moon and David Koresh, etc.

For there are false preachers everywhere, which includes all the Mainline Christian denominations, such as Anglican, Baptist, Catholic, Episcopalian, Evangelical, Methodist, Presbyterian, Quakers and Unitarian, etc.

Not all of the Ordained Ministers are false preachers, but at least some of them are false.

In Matthew 7:15, it does refer to religious leaders.

However, in Revelation, "the false prophet" is identified with the two-horned beast, which is a Dual World Political Power. (Compare Revelation 19:20  to Revelation 13:13-14)

It performs "great signs" before the first beast, in other words, before Satan´s earthly political setup. It impresses the political elements, and the masses through the signs it performs before them. Amazed at the "false prophet´s" signs, the individual political elements, in turn, reproduce fanatical nationalism in their own domains. That way, "the worshipers of the wild beast" are misled into "receiving the mark of the beast" by following their leaders in "worshipping the State" wherever they live in the world. Their motto becomes, "My country first, right or wrong."

All those you mention were teachers, not prophets. And some but not all their lessons were indeed unbiblical. No one gets it all right.

2 Peter 2:1 KJV — But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

That's why it's good to keep in the word. Make sure you don't become weak in your faith. And I remind myself that I need to follow my own advice about that.
