Why am I always hot?

I just turned 30 years old and I'm a woman. Ever since this covid thing started I have been hot as hell. I constantly check to see if I have a fever but I never have one. I am the hottest when I am at work. I work in a hospital and they turned the a/c all the way down to the point where you can't feel it, due to covid. It's weird because the majority of the women I  work with walks around in jackets and complain about how cold they are. Either they have low *** iron or there's something medically wrong with me. I sweat all day at work.

The heat is centered around my face. It takes forever to cool down. Nothing else on my body is sweaty or hot. Just my face. Maybe it's because I have to wear a mask, eye glasses, and goggles.
