Can i sterilize objects  using uv light inside a ziplock bag?

If i were to put an object inside a ziplock back than direct uv light from outside of the ziplock bag, will the uv light pass through the plastic bag and sterilize the object inside of the ziplock bag?

    No, this will not sterilise anything. 

    You'd need an autoclave machine.
