Pfft, like Fauci is the only person whose opinion I consider.  Besides, if he has dementia, it either would be obvious, or it would not be obvious, and if you cannot tell that a person is demented or suffering some sort of mental debilitation, then it does not matter because it does not affect the behavior of the person.

If you do not think about whether a person is making any sense when they talk, you are the one with the mental disability.  Who never questions what others say? 

I don't listen to him because he is the great and wonderful Anthony Fauci, I listen to him because he makes sense and provides good reasons for anything he concludes.  I do still consider whether what he says any particular time is sensible though.  Everyone says nonsense once in a while.  Some a lot more than others, of course.
