Hang on im going to do some simple algebra 

makes you think about a chimp being as smart as a child a human child so every bit qualified as a human in ability sentience feelings etc and yet theres no problem killing them for fun on a whim 

The measurements seem very dubious but some say a chimp is around 60 which is fair enough they can out compete human kids in tests 

So 140 and above is a genius which is basically a new species equivalent 

If you are 40 points above someone else u r a new species
