    No, because we are meat robots following the rules of physics set down billions of years ago, and any action we make or any thought we think is the mechanical sum of all that has happened before and what we sense right now.

    Yes, because each of us is fully self contained and the decisions you make are your own.

    To an extent. We can attempt to do whatever we want, but it won't last long due to wealth, biology, law, and the free will of others.
