What should you say to someone who gives you the 'it's not you it's me line when you already know they are the problem?

Say nothing or say 'yes I know it's you'

    I had never had teo deal with that line, but I would just say...okay.

    One good exit line deserves another. How about "I'll always have feelings for you (at least until I get laid.)"?
