Do spanish people assume everyone speaks Spanish even if they're white and speak mainly English or other languages like German?

i'm of spanish descent and i can tell you that you are talking complete Nonsense.

Only the very arogant and ignorant ones who think they've taken over the usa and think the USA used to belong to Mehico.

They seem puzzled you dont habla espanyol.

I hate the ones who assume your Spanish if you're not blue eyes, white skin or blonde.

I'm italian Irish, and hate being compared to hispanics. 

NO...MY DAUGHTER IS MARRIED TO A MEXICAN MAN...AND HER hubby is sweet and a Pisces and he has learned English..

I can tell this crap is going to get old quick ....................
