Lower back pain?

Hallo folks,

Almost a month ago I suffered from lower back pain while I was only reaching for my shoes. I went through hell with the pain. It lasted for almost two weeks. I struggled to even stand up out of the toilet sitting. The pain killers the doctor prescribed for me were not helping at all. After research I started using hot water bottle. Then miracle happened instantly the same day. I started recovering. I read on the internet the only way to recover from back pain is to go back to your daily activities. Two days later I went back to work. The pain was there a little but at least I could bend and stand up. The first three days were difficult. Then in the fourth day I got my momentum back. It has been two weeks of work minus five days Easter holiday vacation. Now I don’t feel pain at all. But I feel like my upper back is fatigued. Did I go back to work early? Should I continue working? Or should I get it checked? I can operate fully with no problem. I only feel as if I’m fatigued. I’m doing 12 hours of labour a day six days a week. I’m just worried. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

From one with heredity scoliosis, back pain is a way of life., You just get used to it and go on with life. Siting with a heating pad does do wonders.
