I'd tell them to leave and close the door.

While I might have "sowed some wild oats" when I was younger. I was always careful to "wrap it up". So, I'd know they were lying. But, I would ask for a DNA test to confirm.

I would look at them as if they've just been in a terrible accident, then in a calm and collective voice, not unlike that of a special ed teacher, I would say, "Yes, of course I am."

Not as it makes any difference something like that actually happened someone a young man showed up on the doorstep one day twenty years old and said, "mom told me you are my father."  He mention his mother's name and darn if it wasn't true.

I'd consider it to be a joke, since I've never been pregnant and I'm only nearly 27, and the earliest I could have given birth was 13.

Lets see the D.N.A and I would decide what to do then...

Well, the earliest I would have been able to start giving birth was 12 years old... so now that I'm 29, the oldest this child would have to be is seventeen years old; and I'd have to completely forget going into labor in the first place.

It's 99.9999999999999999999999999% unlikely I gave birth to a child seventeen years ago and had been completely brainwashed to forget said child's existence. Who knows? Maybe I should write a book about it.

I'd be shell shocked because I've never wanted to be a parent.  Then I'd figure out how to test the DNA.  If it were true, I'd ask them what part of their life they want me to be
