A guy I am friends with on social media keeps liking my stuff and messaged me randomly asking my height. Is this his way of chatting me up ?

We have alot of mutual friends and so added eachother on social media. He seems very nice. He likes alot of my posts and usually heart reacts to my pics. I thought at first is he just being friendly because he likes alot of posts, but yesterday he messaged me and asked how tall I was. When I responded he said 'oh, that's cool same height as me'. Is this his way of chatting me up? Because I noticed he compared both our heights. I don't want to get the wrong end of the stick and he seems like a lovely guy. It just seemed very random.
