Title 8. USCC 1324/1325/1326 Dealing with Illegal immigration. Covering Conspiracy and being Complicit in aiding and abetting. Should Biden.?

Please do state the specific part of this that would apply to them,,, should be easy for you since you're obviously an expert in immigration law,,,

1324 of the title 8 code deals with knowingly allowing illegals to enter the

country without taking measures to desist that from happening. Biden

all during the campaign stated he would open the borders. He would not

send any one back that came here Illegally. causing the surge to the US

Southern border. 1325. of Title 8. Deals with Conspiracy to allow illegals

to enter the country. You would have to be blind to not see that is taking

place. Biden says he is honoring the covenant to allow minors into the 

country who are seeking asylum. That law only applies when fraud can

not be proven. Cartels and Biden have this game plan to allow as many

as he can to slip in the country. From your immediate defensive stand

and rhetoric you choose not even to look at the issue from a constructive

stand point. Now Most of my Career was spent in Federal Law Enforcement.
