What do I do?
I really want to move to the Elephant and Castle, Thamesmead, or near Peckham area like I did at college. But the council said that I'm on the list and can only provide a home in London Borough of Barking and Dagenham when I become eligible to social housing.

Put a notice up in the councils office boards for an exchange with another person who may want to move to the area you are allocated a dwelling in , loads of people do exchanges...
