How do I lose muffin top? I don’t really eat that much and I exercise regularly and normally lose around 500-1000 calories ?

    If you're carrying fat around your middle, change your diet to eat as clean as possible (avoid processed foods). On top of that you can do ab/core workouts to build the muscles around your midsection, making sure there are some oblique (sides of the waist) exercises included. Youtube has a bunch of ab and core workout videos.

    Get a hula hoop.  It will work the correct core muscles to slim the waist line and work out the problems with that little bulge in the middle area.

    Also - to stop muffin top - get pants that actually FIT.  Wearing pants that are too tight makes muffin top look worse.  Getting pants that don't cause your fat to bulge out off the top of them will make muffin top vanish instantly.
