Ghana ended colonialism last month. Why doesn't the rest of the world end colonialism?

Countries export natural resources, without adequately being compensated. Why don't they stand up to colonialism by manufacturing their own products, owned by someone from their own country? That's what Ghana is doing. Why doesn't the rest of the world follow their example? Ivory Coast has even worse working conditions than Ghana. Ghana is no longer a colony of Switzerland. The Ivory Coast exports even more chocolate than the Ivory Coast. Even worse, the Ivory Coast uses slave labor. Why doesn't the Ivory Coast end colonialism and slavery at the time? If Ghana can emancipate themselves, the Ivory Coast and the rest of the world can too.
