I hope so. A human life should be defined as when it has a distinctly human brain. A large brain is what makes us human.

Probably not.  Since Reagan, every single Supreme Court justice appointed by a Republican president was promised to the Pro Life movement to be the one 'swing vote' they needed to overturn Roe v. Wade.  But it never happened, did it?

My own theory is that the Republicans never intended to reverse Roe v. Wade.  For one thing, they know just how unpopular it would be. For another, it would cost them a very useful issue!

It's always possible but keep in mind that abortion is legal in just about every modern civilized democracy.  And once legalized very few, if any, countries ever go back.  There must be a reason for that.

No. Republicans politicians don't actually want it overturned because it's the biggest wedge issue they have to rile up their hillbilly supporters.

The bigger threat is at state level where Evangelical maniacs are pressuring Republican legislatures to break federal law by making getting an abortion next to impossible 

Wow, who knows?  I don't think so.  Right now we are more worried about having a nation left with all that is going on!
