No, not true.
There are people who die AFTER the shot, but not because of it.
You see, suppose that you get the vaccine and then, since you are a moron, cross the street against the light and get run over by a bus. You died AFTER getting the shot, right?

The silence is due to the fact that it's not true.
There have been some serious allergic reactions to it though, including anaphylaxis.
