Why did this bother even answering? Does he feel bad?
So I had a one night stand when I was on vacation last year and when we both returned to our cities he blocked me cause I kinda pestered him to be honest I was really annoying. A few months ago I reached out on Facebook( we live in different countries now) and to my surprise he Replied and since then we have texted really sporadically.
Do u think he feels bad for blocking me? Why doesn't he just ignore me?

People can change their ideas about a certain person. You did something that is not to damaging in a permanent way so at least he's still able to talk to you.
