do I have to keep my late wife's tax records?

we were married for 13 yeard when she passed. we never filed joint tax returns and she saved all her tax return forms. am I required to keep her records for any length of time ?

    In the US you need to keep them for 7 years as well.  Since you filed separately, you aren't on the hook for any errors or non-payment, but her estate would be.

    We are advised here in the U.K. to keep all records for 7 years.

    So I would.
