Would a Pisces woman and Cancer man make for good parents together?

How a woman with her Sun in Pisces relates and coordinates with a man who has his Sun in Cancer ....

depends on how ALL 10 of her "planets" (Sun included) interact with all 10 of HIS planets.

These interactions are shown by certain distances that may be present between the two individual unique natal charts. When we examine how two people interact astrologically, we look for these "synastry aspects".  And there are always some that indicate getting along in SOME ways about SOME matters .. and other synastry aspects that indicate discord and conflict in SOME ways about SOME matters. Always.

As for parenting style, the Sun sign has nothing to do with parenting. The only part of our personality that the Sun represents is the ways in which WE try to feel better about OURSELVES ... gaining self-esteem and an inner sense of self-fulfillment.

So Sun has nothing to do with our emotions (that is Moon) or our relationships with others (that is Venus) .. and especially not with how we parent (that is shown by the 5th House, the Sign ruling the 5th house, the planet ruling that Sign, any aspects that planet makes with other planets in the natal chart, any planets moving through the 5th House area of the sky at the MOMENT that person was born, and whatever aspects those planets might make wiht other planets.

All of these factor tell you what you parenting style is. And how well YOUR parenting style works with your partner's style .. that would depend on which planet rules the Sign on your 5th House and which planet rules the Sign on HIS 5th House.

AND then you look at how well that planet of yours aspects any of his 10 planets (harmony or conflict) and how well that planet of his aspects any of your 10 planets (harmony or conflict).

Sun signs are of very little use. Easy to find, so easy to make money writing about them.  But useless for astrology and that is why astrologers alwasy work of the individual birthchart for the whole birthdata, the exact time of birth and the location of the place of birth.
