Why do some white people paint their skin black to mock black people isn’t this considered racist ?

 and it’s not fair to the entire black community

    Are you referring to "blackface?" The entire world now knows that it's racist to wear blackface. When was the last time you saw anyone do this in person, or even in the news?

    Yes, of course it's racist and people shouldn't do it, but thankfully it's very rare nowadays and almost universally considered in bad taste.
