Is the flatworm hyperosmotic, hypoosmotic, or isoosmotic to its environment?

Yes. That depends on the environment.
Freshwater: the flatworm is hyperosmotic with respect to its environment. It uses its "flame cell" system to push out excess water (and metabolic wastes).
Marine: isoosmotic. The marine flatworms are osmoconformers.
Terrestrial: You would need some water in the environment to compare against. I would expect them to be hyperosmotic when it's raining.
