In less than two hours's time begins the settlement conference. Worst cast outcome? Me in a cell, immobilized with pain and dying. Thoughts?

If they were going to put you in jail they would not have taken this rout Shadow, More likely they are going to mandate some counselling, Anger management or worst case put you in managed care for a while. If my understanding is right that you only threatened harm and did not actually cause harm

If you did cause harm, that may change things

Word of advice. DO NOT fall back to your base nature and try to justify your actions. Simply take responsibility for them. If you piss of the judge/mediator with your arrogance he may throw the book at you

I will be praying for you

what can I say I have a soft spot for you :)

My thought is that as long as you interact with the judge in a respectful, open, truthful manner you will most likely not be jailed at all, but will instead be given probation or even a suspended sentence and a warning. I also believe that you'll then get the medical care you need and will emerge from this whole, sorry experience a wiser, healthier person.
