If they were going to put you in jail they would not have taken this rout Shadow, More likely they are going to mandate some counselling, Anger management or worst case put you in managed care for a while. If my understanding is right that you only threatened harm and did not actually cause harm
If you did cause harm, that may change things
Word of advice. DO NOT fall back to your base nature and try to justify your actions. Simply take responsibility for them. If you piss of the judge/mediator with your arrogance he may throw the book at you

My thought is that as long as you interact with the judge in a respectful, open, truthful manner you will most likely not be jailed at all, but will instead be given probation or even a suspended sentence and a warning. I also believe that you'll then get the medical care you need and will emerge from this whole, sorry experience a wiser, healthier person.
