Do creationists know more about science than scientists?

Depends on what you mean by "creationists". All Christians are aware of the reality of creation. Fundamentalist Protestants know less about science than most other people, since they reject any scientific facts that contradict their misinterpretations of the Bible. However, the teaching of the original and true Christian Church, to which Jesus Christ promised the fullness of God's truth (which includes well over half of all Christians), never conflicts with natural truths revealed by science. Truth cannot conflict with truth.

Since some creationist are scientist, they would know as much as scientists. Not everyone who is a scientist is an expert in the area of origin. Some are experts in other areas such engineering or psychology. As such they would probably be no more educated about origin theories then most creationist - and less than some creationist.
Are you aware that theology is considered a branch of science? A theology who is educated in religion and the Bible is going to know more about then branch of science then would a chemist or a sociologist. In that case, the theology would know more about science then either of those two scientist.
It is not possible to make a blanket statement that one group knows more about "science" then the other group.

Many YECs are scientists themselves, having PhDs in various scientific fields.
Also, there are engineers like me whose job is to make practical use of science, and thus are often able to tell when they are being hoodwinked by the scientific community. Also, they know that scientists get things wrong all the time, and thus they often have to update their theories. For example, it was considered a scientific fact that cheetahs could run 70 mph. It was in all of the science textbooks. Now with GPS collars, we know they max out at 58 mph.
Anyone who puts their faith in a group that gets things wrong all the time is foolish.

No, they think watching a video made by some preacher who knows nothing about science makes them experts but they still know nothing. Every post here arguing for creationism is based on utter ignorance about what the theory of evolution is. Creationists are so ignorant that they think evolution is about a cat turning into a dog, or male and female of a species being required to evolve completely separately, or that evolution somehow violates the second law of thermodynamics. Their ignorance is astounding.

From what I have heard on the Christian science channels. The Christians know exactly what the secular scientists know. And they explain what they know and make them always out to be liars. You know they make the secular scientists out to be liars because the secular scientists are idiots and are delusional.

There are NO legitimate scientists that believe the Genesis account of creation. ZERO. Only lunatics believe the people lived alongside dinosaurs.

No, but they know more about atheistic evolution than so-called scientists do. There is nothing scientific about atheistic evolution. It cannot be observed, much less duplicated. It flies in the face of entropy and thermodynamics.

I am glad you asked that question, here at the Skegness Creation University we are well versed in all aspects of creation science. I would say that I have invited Professor Dawkins and Professor Cox to come to our 4 car lock up (this is the University Keep, [Kype]) and debate us and all they could do was laugh...Seems to me that was a nervous laugh.
