    People like that right wing loon in your YouTube link are a major part of the problem, not the solution. And no, a president cannot over rule the second amendment with an executive order. Nor are Democrats trying to eliminate the second amendment ... What all sane people want is gun control legislation that will make it safer for everyone to walk the streets.

    Sure, and the Judicial Branch can overturn that executive order as unconstitutional and/or the Legislative Branch can overturn it by passing legislation with a veto-overcoming supermajority that overturns it. It's called the system of checks and balances. It's what keeps unconstitutional actions by any branch from standing.
