I forgot some of what the hiring manager told me?

Question

They said something about tomorrow, they either said come tomorrow, call tomorrow, or I’ll be in the system by tomorrow, but then she said I’ll be in the system by next week and then do a orientation or something. But they said they’re going to call back next week. Should I come in tomorrow and waste money and look like a fool or just wait for the call back next week. This is my first job so I don’t know how the hiring process works. Please, help?

You are a mess.  Clearly, I can't make heads or tails out of what you said.  Did they hire you or didn't they?  Were you given a starting date?

If you don't understand something (anything) call the person you spoke to and ask for clarification.  Admit you were nervous before and got flustered, they will appreciate your honesty and not hold it against you.

Did they give you a time?
If they did not specify a time it probably meant "call"
Generally orientation needs to be completed before an applicant can start...not always but 95% of the time.

If you have any doubts..... drive to place of employment and call from parking lot. If they want you in....you're there
