First, if you want taxes to cover additional health care costs, are you proposing a government-funded universal health care system? Excellent!

While there are perfectly healthy obese people, there are also those who use up the resources of the health care system. How will you differentiate? Based on appearance? Stepping on the scale (look out, bodybuilders and athletes who are big and muscular!)? Studying their diet and exercise habits? Their medical history? Not while rights to privacy exist.

If you tax one group that taxes the health care system, why not tax other groups that do, too? Smoker? Tax. A single DUI or speeding ticket? Tax. Recreational drug user? Tax. Weekend athlete? Tax. Manual laborer? Tax. Extreme sports or hobbies? Tax. Arrested in a fight? Tax. Insist on living where the air's polluted? Tax. Born with a congenital condition? Tax. Refuse to use a condom? Tax.

No, that's not a reason to raise Trump's taxes.  We need a socialist approach to make it easier for people to eat healthy food rather than fast food.

They should be mandated to do mandatory service projects that involve physical labor instead.
