Are you happy if Joe Biden's red flag gun control laws go through?

I just want to know what island resort the NRA executive staff is spending all the NRA donations in preparation to sue Biden in response.

Amendment II

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!!

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

IF they enact "red flag laws" there MUST ALSO be a provision for the accused, when found to be reported for malicious reasons, to AUTOMATICALLY be entitled to FULL VALUE FINANCIAL restitution AND compensation for being denied they're rights AND property from the accuser PLUS FELONY CRIMINAL CHARGES against the accuser! So if the accuser INCLUDING local, county, state and FEDERAL governments level "red flag" charges against a firearm owner and $20,000 of firearms are seized and destroyed the person AND entity(s) involved WILL be REQUIRED to compensate the accused for FULL VALUE of EVERY item seized, financially compensated for ANY and ALL rights AND EVERY person involved INCLUDING prosecutors be GUILTY of FEDERAL civil rights violations FELONY CRIMINAL charges!
