why do women feel the need to preach the gospel of Christ and disobey these verses'1Cor.14:34-35'?

1Cor.14:34-35 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.

35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

Because Paul was wrong, making up laws as he went along -- laws were meaningful only if they suited his world view. Pity so many other so-called followers of Christ wanted the same things.

The one thing all Christians men and women are commanded to do is recorded in Mathew 28:18 - 20.. But as regards teaching as in the above Scripture the appointed men do this, the headship of the men comes into play. Women do have a share in the meetings by reading Scriptures when asked, doing demonstrations and giving comments when asked, they also share experiences encouraging the congregation. women play a major role in the ministry while the men are working to provide for the family. So in fact they do obey and you have made a common error.

Those instructions were to deal with a particular issue in Corinth in the first century, NOT about all women, everywhere.  Paul actually writes to, and names female clergy in the Bible!  He speaks of them in glowing terms - see the end of Romans for an example.

They are following the command in Mk 16:15.

The context of the passage you cited is a church meeting setting, NOT all settings.  But you are correct if you are referring to all these women "pastors" out there preaching to the congregation from the pulpit.
