If I join the military can I get the GI bill to pay of all my student loans?

    No, you do not earn the GI Bill until you have served 36 months, it will only pay for classes you are taking. The student loan repayment (SLRP) can be offered to some but you must complete training, report to first command, give up the GI Bill, only for federal loans, and it is taxable so not the full amount.
