Should smoking a joint be a felony?

In my country it's legal. Where I live you can even grow up to 4 plants for personal use.

It really should be but you know what there are a lot of pottarted liberals in the USA so not going to happen. This should be treated worse than crack. It's by far the most damaging drug and literally scientifically has been shown to rot your brain. Like literally part of the brain is destroyed by it if done enough. 

Communists love this drug though cause it opens people to Marxist subversion for obvious reasons.

Yes, and while we are at it, let's make sneezing on Wednesday a felony too. Like our prisons aren't already crowded enough. $50K per prisoner, per year to keep them locked up, let's waste more money and time making everything illegal.
