Quora is one option although you'll find they hit on trolls big time - which might be good. I've registered there and on a British based forum - AnswserBank. And I will survive.

What's to miss? A few multiple account morons with esteem issues wasting their days trying to bully other people. Or posting irrelevant rubbish and meaningless answers to legitimate questions. That all got old ages ago. The time to mourn was when the YA moderators stopped kicking the ESNs off this site.
