2 days ago I was playing a contact sport and another persons shoulder smashed into mine, instant pain, I stopped playing but I played volleyball the next day painfully.

I've just noticed a fair bit of swelling on my collar bone where I was contacted, I'm not too sure on what may be my problem but I was hoping I might get some advice.

Hey all, for the last 3 months I've started playing volley ball for school (Year 10) and it's frigging awesome. ;D I'm the setter for our team, but I've been needing to get my serving more accurate, whilst still being powerful enough to just clear the net and keep it low.

Also, whenever I'm up for a spike when I'm not setting, I jump too far, and end up in the net, I'm thinking I should cut my run up to 2 - 3 steps? (Right handed)

ONE MORE THING! Are you allowed to touch the top of the net as long as it doesn't interfere with the game itself? I've been having people practically spiking, and landing on the net saying they're allowed to.

I'm 15, male and just touching 170cm and weight around 52 kg.

Now, I've got quite a high metabolism and I think I play too much sport for my own good, I play volley ball and rugby league for school and I have just recently represented my district in volley ball.

I eat a hell of a lot for my size, but it all gets burned away from my daily sport and other activities.

I have just started doing crunches, push ups and sit ups daily for about 5 sets of 30 reps each, but I think I should keep piling on more and more food, so that it wont get burned off too quickly.

So, what I'm needing is as the title states, how to hit 60 kg any have that more "even" shape in my legs and possibly arms.

Oh yeah, and if you are going to suggest some sort of diet, I probably wont follow it, but I will be trying to eat more of the right food that I should.

Hey people, I recently deleted my 'user account' on windows xp and the data of that account wasn't saved, so my iTunes dosen't have anymore music.

I've been trying to put music in my iTunes from my iPod, but my iPod does not show up in 'My Computer' as :F drive or :E drive, it doesn't even show up in there.

The iPod connects to iTunes and charges fine, it's just in My Computer it doesn't show up!

Help! :)

I have the paid version of AVG 9.0 and I've been attacked by Personal Security, I thought I got rid of it last night, but some websites still have the fake blocked page, I've gotten rid of the actual Personal Security on the computer, this is the only thing that is still on there.

If possible, could you also tell me how to remove this blocked page garbage properly?

I've used Spyware Doctor and it says I have cybersecurity when I run a scan with it, but it wont remove it because it is the free version..

As the title says, can I download applications off appulous on the computer, and put them onto an un-jailbroken 2nd Gen iPod touch?

Hey I was playing Crossfire (FPS game) with iTunes playing in the background, when the song became all laggy and glitchy and noise stopped playing straight up for anything.

My speakers work, and I can still send voice messages with my headset, they just will not play any noise at all!

I am running Windows XP if that is any help!

I was just playing CrossFire with iTunes playing in the background when the sound got very glitchy and stopped playing completely? Now no sound at all comes out of the headphones when I watch youtube videos or anything.

I have tried restarting my computer but that hasn't helped.

Any ideas please?

Hey there guys, couple of quick questions.

Is the Xbox 360 (I have the elite) built to stay on for long hours on end?

I charge my Ipod on it through the night, so it stays on for about 6 - 8 hours straight.

And also, if I put all my songs on a USB stick, can I connect the USB to my Xbox and I can play music off it as long as the USB stays plugged in?

Ok, whenever I try to sync my ipod touch to iTunes, I only get 300 of my 400 songs, and I get a thing pop up saying that there is 100 total problems due to iTunes not being able to find the songs.

All the songs are in my saved folder for limewire, how come it is picking up songs, but not some others that are in the same folder?

I want to get my TM EarthQuake from Diamond onto Pearl for my Gyarados.

So I have tried putting a pokemon from Diamond up for trade in the GTS with the tm.

But when I go onto Pearl and search the pokemon, it isn't there?

They are using the same Wi-Fi, is that a problem?

And no, someone else did not take my pokemon in the GTS.

Guys about 2 days ago my msn started playing up, my mouse stopped responding then my msn chats closed down.

My internet then stopped working and its been like this for 2 days.

Apparantly I log into msn for a couple of seconds and send my friends a link then log off again.

I virus scan, and I find a couple trojan viruses, now after a little bit I get a Blue screen of death and my computer restarts.

When I got back inot my profile it detects the same hack again and I remove it, again.

And it happens all over again, BSOD, go back in, BSOD etc..

HELP PLEASE
