I'm 23, and I've never had a problem with heartburn before save for when I became pregnant four years ago. But, three nights ago I woke up due to painful reflux, which lasted for a day. For the last few days now I've had a painful trapped air feeling in my chest, which hurts most when I breathe deeply and especially when I swallow a bite of food or drink. What could have caused this onset, and what can I do to relieve it? Should I probably see my doctor?

Oh, and as for my eating habits I don't eat anything greasy/ too spicy or with milk; I do however regularly drink a cup or two of coffee a day, which I've done for years.

My friend, who is about 5 inches taller than me and looks heavier, weighs about 5 pounds less than me. Why is that? :/

We use the same scale, so there's no inconsistancies there.

I don't want to have to fool around with vague promises ("Only one weekend a month after you complete basic!"), so I'm looking for info on what happens when you enlist into the AF Reserves.

I'm looking to be eligible to be a dog handler eventually, so I'd have to go into Security Forces for a while, right? How long is the training for that, what do they actually do (besides gate security), will I ever be called for extra duty when I first begin, etc., etc.

Anyone with experience in the AF- I want your advice. I want to know a lot of facts so I know the right questions to ask the recruiter.

So my two year wedding anniversary is fast approaching, and I'm thinking of getting my husband a nice navigation system as a surprise. BUT I don't really know where to start or what to look for. Suggestions on what specs to look for are wanted, as are actual product suggestions.

Let's call him "M". "M" tends to be melodramtic at times, but he's a good friend nontheless. BUT, he constantly refers to himself in the third-person, saying stuff like, "Oh, 'M' doesn't deserve this", and so on. It can get very annoying; let me tell ya.

Personally, I had a great day yesterday. Some people celebrate in the traditional way: romantic dinner, exchanging sentimental gifts, etc. Others choose to do it differently, or to not celebrate at all.

In early July, a good buddy of mine is planning to get married in Vegas and wants my husband and I to come along. Thing is, I'll be turning 21 in late June, but my husband is younger than me by six months. I don't gamble, and besides, I wouldn't want my husband to be left out.

What I want to know is...

what's fun to do in Vegas besides going to a casino or nightclub? Also, if you know of some good places (that are low budget) to eat, that's welcome too.

So here's my story:

My step dad was a violent and abusive man that was in our family for ten years before my mother finally divorced him. My younger sister was fathered by him, and chooses to have visitation with him every other weekend for several hours. She's twelve.

Now suddenly, after four years, he is pursuing getting extended visitation with her, including overnight stays, holidays, summer vacation, etc. Frankly, that scares the crap out of me. That man beat the living **** out of me and my older sister when he lived with us, and caused so much trauma in our lives that we both were suicidal. He also was constantly making inappropriate comments about my body in a sexual manner, leading up to one night that almost ended up resulting with sexual abuse.

Now, when my little sister is starting to develop into a young woman, he all the sudden whats to pursue extended visitation.

I'm not an idiot.

CPS won't do s***, and I can't find anyone who can help me. Like I said, if nothing else, I want to press charges against him for child abuse against me so that the court finds him as an inadequate father.

I need advice and help. Resources are wanted, please.

The court date is January 27th.

I just recently found out that my resting metabolic rate is 1331. How can I use this calculation to lose weight? I want to know how many calories I need to consume each day, but I'm sort of confused with this part. Help please!

I never wear skirts or shorts because I'm embarrassed by them. They are mainly located on the back of my thighs, and occassionally fluctuate in number.

I have also noticed the same kind of bumps on the back of my husband's triceps.

Is there any way to get rid of them, and prevent them from returning?

(they sort of resemble acne, but smaller and not inflamed)

Let's say it consists of 2 cups of milk, two eggs, vanilla extract/chocolate mix.

I'm starting to work out again, and I want to a)lose fat, and b)gain lean muscle, so any tips or tricks are welcome concerning that.

Alright guys, I need your help. So I married this great guy last year; the thing is, not only did I just marry him, I joined his family.
