If you file your taxes by e-file today, and the IRS doesn't accept it till 4/16, are you considered late?

I'm thinking about getting a tablet and I've narrowed my choices down to these 2 options. I've read reviews on both, but would appreciate any feedback if you have one of these and what are the pros and cons. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

My kitty Tia has been missing since 7/26/11 from my parent's house. She's visited and lived here off an on since she was a kitten so she isn't new to the area. She's mainly an indoor cat but she does stay outside at my parent's house with my mom's cat. She is spayed and she is 5 years old. Area she disappeard in is a subdivision in a semi-rural area with pastures and woods. I started my search the day she disappeared. I put out flyers everywhere, went door to door through the neighborhood, put ads in both local papers and have adverstised her photo and info to several networking sites and Petamber alert too. This isn't liker at at all to just disappear. We have searched, called and even drove the atv's through the woods and no sign of her anywhere. It's like she has just vanished without a trace. She's a black, domestic long hair and she's a big kitty, about 15 lbs. I miss her terribly and I don't know what else to do. I don't have children, so she is my child. I am absolutely heartbroken. Any suggestions?

I logged into my Facebook account today and it was disabled???? I never got an email or response at to why this happened. I do my usual routine of playing my games like Farmville and connecting with family and friends, but nothing more. I sent an email and got no response yet. Ughhh, so frustrating!

Anybody else have this issue? I would hate to lose my account! Help!!!

Out of curiousity, I wanted to know which sign handles the end of a relationship the best? I would tend to say a Leo would, because our pride maybe hurt at first, we tend to bounce back and get back in the swing of things.

I just started Weight Watcher's last week and tonight will be my first weigh-in to see how much I have lost. I have over 150 lbs to lose, and I know they said I would drop a lot of weight at first very quickly. I have been sticking to my diet, have cut out all soft drinks and I have been walking 1 mile a day faithfully. Out of curiousity, I weighed myself this morning and it said I only lost 5 pounds. I was hoping to lose more than that, especially since I cut out soft drinks, and I drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Any advice?

Personally, he's knocked himself down a few pegs in my book. Although I don't condone Rosie O'Donnell's behavior either, I think his actions have been less than gentlemanly and deplorable. He's behaved like a complete moron, calling in talk shows and even having his own kids defend his actions. If this was all a publicty stunt to gain ratings for "The Apprentice"....it backfired big time. Your thoughts?

On today's episdoe of the View, the show opens with Barbara Walters addressing Donald Trump and calling him, "a poor, poor, pathetic man". Personally I feel Trump and O'Donnell have let it gone on long enough. Your thoughts?

I just started Weight Watchers and for my exercise routine, I have been walking 1 mile everyday. I break it up by walking 1/2 mile in the mornings and 1/2 mile in the evenings. I have a 100+ pounds to lose, and I feel I am on the right track, but I was just curious to know if anyone knows the answer. My calorie intake a day is around 1000 to 1200. I have cut out soft drinks and I drink 8 glasses of water a day, plus eating sugar free and low fat or fat free foods.

Both Tara Connor and Katie Blair should have been given the boot and don't deserve to continue thier reign with thier outrageous behavior. Something just doesn't add up, and quite frankly the whole fiasco along with Trump's handling of the matter has tarnished the pageant and it's history. What's next? Strippers and porn stars as Miss USA? If that be the case, toss a crown on Rin Tin Tin and call it good, lol. Your thoughts?

Well, let's see. I lost my job a couple of months ago, haven't found work yet and I am looking every single day. My family is 1200 miles away, and I live alone with no friends. Money is extremely tight, and if I don't find a job very soon, I will be homeless. I am thankful that I don't have children having to deal with this situation, that would be horrible...but it's bad enough. I used to make a very nice living and always splurged on my family and always sponsored a family at Christmas, and I enjoyed that. Christmas has always been my favorite time of the year...but this year I am depressed to the point getting out of bed is often a big accomplishment. I have cried so much my eyes hurt, and I try to not feel sorry for myself because I am thankful for my health and I am fortunate. What would you do if this happened to you at Christmas and how would you handle it? I am not looking for handouts, as they would be refused....just looking for some words of encouragement

What are your thoughts onTrinity Broadcasting Network's colorful version of Little Bo Peep Jan Crouch? Her big ol'e pink Miss Texas hair wigs, big ol'e dime store jewelry and make-up, and barbie doll clothes are an atroscity. The worst part is when she opens her mouth and babbles....trying to bleed all the poor grandma's out there for thier grocery money so thier tv ministry can reach the masses. Watching her bat those larger than life tarantuala eyelashes, with mascara running down her face is kinda like watching a train wreck....you can't help but watch, lol

I remembered Patrick Dempsey when he was a child actor back in the 80's. Sure he's grown up to be a nice looking guy and has a hit show, but what's the appeal? All I hear is McDreamy this, McDreamy that. Not trying to be a "hater" or anything, but I think he's a bit over-rated in my opinion. I would rather be treated by Dr. Ross (George Clooney)....now that's HAWT!

I worked for a company here in Michigan and was let go for poor job performace. I have only received 1 write up and have also had a couple of bad reviews, however I contested those in writing. I did not see this coming and was totally blindsided that I would be fired, my boss decided to do this on a whim one day. I honestly tried my best at work, but due to lack of resources that were available to me at work, it was a situation where I felt my hands were tied and I chose to stick it out rather than quit. Any help would be great, thanks!

I interviewed for a job with them yesterday, but I don't have experience in selling insurance. From all aspects it sounds like a good company to work for, but my family thinks I would be making a huge mistake in going to work selling insurance since most insurance companies pay on commission. Recruiter said salary would be on an average of 45 to 50K the first year, with more incentives later on. Sounds too good to be true? My family thinks it's a scam. Although I have over 20 years working retail management, it would be a great career change working with seniors since that is what the company caters to. Any advice?
