I keep them in a nice 1 gallon fish tank. I clean the fish tank every month. Idk what I'm doing wrong!!

There are 8 common goldfish in there. I know thats enough space right? When I got home I set up the fish tank and just put the fish in there with water and a filter. 5 already died! I put the whole bottle of stress coat in there. I know I did that right. I also got this nice guppy in put it there. It isn't moving so I think I did something wrong.

I dont want to put them in my 55 gallon fish tank because it would take too long to set up my 55 gallon fish tank!

I want triops and have a 55 gallon goldfish tank. Could I use the tank water instead of the distilled water? Also could I use goldfish food to feed them?

Attention grabbing title aside, my companions and I are experiencing a damn serious problem! My fish tank is leaking! Slowly but surely the bottom plastic strip is loose and it is soaking wet. Water is dripping down my fish tank stand and I need to fix it... However, I don't want to drain the tank and risk wrecking the bacteria in my tank I have established three months ago...

Is there anyway to fix the fish tank without draining it, waiting for three days, and possibly putting my fish in harm?

From about 10 feet will it hurt?

I already have 2 4 inch orandas and 1 3.5 inch black moor.

Any other fish you can think of?

Can i put white cloud minnows?

My comet, oranda, and ryukin aren't growing??

They are kept in a 125 gallon fish tank with a wet dry filter.

The tank is cycled and water conditions are normal.

I do water changes every 2 weeks.

I'm just wondering why they aren't growing i had them for 2 years?

My red and white ryukin in a 75 gallon fish tank with his friend the black moor breath fast? I only had both for 2 days and they are 4 inches long. I also have 2 Aquaclear 70 filters and one good airpump why is he like that?

A planted tank with 10 ghost shrimp, 6 white cloud minnows, 2 Ranchus, Red Ryukin, Black moor, Red Oranda. With 2 aqua clear 70s, 55 gallon airpump and im going to feed them Hikari lionhead with some veggies.

Idk about the ranchus though.

Is it overstocked????

My parakeet is 2 years old and always run away from me. I put my hand inside the cage and showed him some millet he ate it clean. The next day I put out my finger hoping that he would go on but he just bites me thinking my finger is millet!

The scales near my Red Cap Oranda tail's are sticking out slightly but only the scales. I don't suspect dropsy because it has no problem getting around the tank and it is about 5 inches long. The LFS I got it from was pretty warm so perhaps the water there is warm? I'm not sure and I'm kind of concerned for my fish. By tail scales I mean the first 3 rows of scales nearest to the tail.

I bought a 125 gallon fish tank but the filter included is second hand and is really moldy and disgusting. Could anyone recommend the cheapest option (tight budget) for a 125 gallon fishtank filtration.

3 Zebra Danios

3 Common Goldfish/Comet

2 Cory Cats

6 White Cloud Mountain Minnows

and later (after a month or so):

1 Black Moor

2 Fancy Goldfish

Is that too much and do I have cycle my fish tank? I am a novice so please explain your answer.

My Sony PC is about 2 years old and the CPU is VERY SLOW, Pentium D 2.8GHz. I wan to upgrade to C2Q, Core 2 Quad. But to do that it requires a completely new mobo. My question of the day is can I change my mobo in a retail PC?
