My 2004 GMC Sierra ...?
My 2004 GMC Sierra is only receiving gas about a half gallon at a time. It acts as if the tank is full and shuts off the gas pump. I checked the fill line, and return vent line (I don't know what that's called, but it's clear)... I'm reading maybe it's the EVAP vent valve??? PLEASE tell me this is something I can DIY!!! Thanks in advance...

2 AnswersCelebrities9 years agoStripping paint off basement floor...?
I'd like to know the best gel stripper to use to strip my basement floor. I'd prefer to use something "safe," but if a "more toxic" product works better, I'm open to using it. My main concern is getting up ALL the old paint. I don't know what kind of paint currently is on the floor, but it appears to be your average gray cement paint. If more info is needed, I'll do my best to supply it. Thanks in advance for your time and assistance.
3 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoI would like to Dry-loc, and then epoxy my basement stairs...?
I will be retarring the outside of my foundation this spring. I don NOT have a major water issue, just want to keep my basement 100% clean and dry. I do have 2 minor water issues that are being dealt with, but my concern is at and near my basement stairs. I'm going to be Dry-locing my basement walls and then either epoxying or tiling the basement floor. I'm thinking about Dry-locing, and then epoxying over the dryloc on the cement stairs. I do not plan on "finishing" the basement. I removed a finished room down there already. Just use it as a work space, pantry, for storage, for laundry, spare refrigerator, boiler, and oil tanks etc. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated. If you need more info plz ask and I will supply it.Thank you.
2 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoGoing to be in/near Scranton, PA. this weekend...?
What should I do? I'm interested in an outdoor flea market if there's one anywhere local. I'm going to see the SWB Yankees on Friday night. Willing to travel to surrounding areas also. Don't want the regular touristy places like Steamtown though. Thanks.
1 AnswerPhiladelphia1 decade agoLinksys wireless router problem... Please Help!!!?
The router is working on my desktop without a problem, but the laptop is no longer connecting. It worked fine for almost 2 years, but now it's giving me all kinds of IP address problems.
Specifically it says "Limited or no connectivity" and when I click on that it tells me "Windows could not finish repairing the problem because the following action cannot be completed
Renewing your IP address." All help will be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you in advance.
I've already been on the phone with tech support who told me the Dell utility is the problem, but I don't HAVE a Dell utility.
1 AnswerComputer Networking1 decade agoGoing to a Broadway play on Sat. Where should we eat?
We've done Carmine's, Tony Di Napoli's, Virgil's BBQ. Looking for a casual, not too expensive place to eat near the Marquis Theatre at Broadway and 56th. We're seeing the Drowsy Chaperone at 3 PM. Wouldn't mind a good diner or Chinese place. We want to eat before the show, around 12 or 1 o'clock. Good food is more important than cheap, but don't want to spend a ton either. Thanks in advance.

1 AnswerTheater & Acting1 decade agoWhy do people just not get it?
Have you ever built a sand castle then worked your butt off to keep the waves from smashing it.
Have you ever seen a Rock sitting at the oceans edge, immovable as the ocean pounds at it mercilessly.
This is why muslims need be so radical, and fanatical. They need to protect the sand castle. The sand castle, without their help, would never had existed and could never stand on its own. The sand castle can do nothing to protect itself.
The Rock, on the other hand needs no protection, nor did it require mans help to exist.
No amount of "protection" will ever keep the sandcastle from collapsing, or take away from the strength of the Rock.
The fact that their zeal is futile doesn't deter the muslims from trying to protect the sand castle. They're missing the point that by very definition their sand castle is not the Rock, only the Rock is the Rock.
The Truth, does not ever need to be so fervently guarded as do satans deceptions.

14 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoIs there an accountant out there willing to help me out via email or chat?
I have an accounting issue and I could really use some help. If there is an accountant out there that is familiar with U.S./ New York income laws, that could email me or I could chat with on messenger I'd greatly appreciate it. It's probably a ten minute conversation via chat, or I could email you, and your response may take 5 or ten minutes of your time. Thank you in advance.
