prove that for any function f : A (arrow) B and set Y (is a subset of)  B, if f is onto, then

f(f^-1(Y )) = Y

well there are three steps to this:

1. Prove that f(f^-1(Y )) is a subset of Y

2. Prove that Y is a subset f(f^-1(Y ))

3. Prove using 1 and 2 that f(f^-1(Y )) = Y

ok so I'm trying this thing, where I store fractions in a structure and put the structures into a linked list. THen I display them backwards. THIS WORKS PERFECTLY. BUT after displaying when I try to search a fraction on that linked list, it doesn't find it no matter what as my linked list only checks the last node.

So QUESTION: Could this be because when I display it, I change the place of the node somehow. If so how can I fix it. If not, what else could be the issue.

PS I'm doing this in assembly but C++ logic will totally work. Any suggestion??

I watched a movie a while back about racial discrimination, but I can't remember the title.

Basically it's about how two young boys (black and white) become friends in the times when racial discrimination was really horrible. The white boy is in some all boy (white) academy singing in a choir and he accidentally hears a black boy (a servant) around his age singing as he was working. So they become friends (secretly of course) and the white boy teaches him everything he learns at the school as they did not let black people go to school there. :( it's a really touching movie and I believe it's based on a novel. At the end the white boy gets sick or smth and arranges so that the black boy would perform his part during the choir concert. Everybody get's really mad, but when they hear the boy sing, everybody realizes that racial discrimination is pointless .

Please let me know if this story rings any titles, as I want to use the movie for Black history month

I got the new LG enV Touch phone and I got a card for it which fits and everything, but when I put it inside the phone, my computer doesn't show where the new device is. THe thing is I want to put in some music from my comp to the phone. I also tried using the adapter that comes with the phone. The only place I could connect it was my printer, but that didn't work either. Does anybody know what I can do? Thanks

When I try to open the game I downloaded on my computer, I get this error. How can this be fixed. Well except for getting a new video card as I used to play this game on the same computer a while ago. Any suggestions?

It's getting really annoying, please help. I have an antivirus and an animalware, which is really good, and I also have pop-up blocker, but these are not pop ups nor a virus, so neither of these software detects it. Even if I don't have an IE page open, these ad pages start appearing on my screen. They look exactly like when I would open IE. What would you suggest I do? And yes I tried changing the privacy setting and restrict those web sites.

I'm doing a programming project using hashing in C++

it's supposed to load the txt file and get a list of ID numbers with names. Looks like this:

1234 Mary Got

1345 Jane Doe

1111 Jose Alvares

1112 James Great

So when I try loading it into the hashing table, it doesn't work. I created a structure that has a string for ID and a string for the name. What's the easiest way to load the list into the Hash table which consists of arrays of the structure?

My friend just got an alpha 300 from sony and she wants to make the images black and white. I looked at the user manual, and it refers to the Menu==> Creative Style, but when I go there that part of the Menu is not active. Even when I select a picture and then go there, it's still not active. Any suggestions or solutions?

I actually didn't submit it late, but there was a minor thing with a detail and they sent my application back requestion that thing. So when I sent it back it was already late and now they are calling me to appear to court. Has anyone experienced this? Will I be able to resolve this. Is deportation possible?
