Do I still to take the SAT test for Stanford even if I'm if I'm a transfer student from a community college ?
I'm planning to apply to Stanford for Fall 2010 and I need more INFO on how I can get in. Is it true that I need the SAT test results even though I'm not a freshman?

All transfer applicants must submit SAT, SAT I, or ACT scores. If you have not taken the SAT or ACT since high school and wish to improve your scores, we strongly recommend that you retake the SAT I or ACT.
I always found this forum to be very helpful to get me through the transfer process. I know Stanford doesn't accept very many transfer students so I would advise having a back up plan with a UC when deciding what courses to take so they satisfy requirements for both schools. I transfered into Berkeley without any problems
