I am a 5th yr senior working on 3 degrees (Accounting/Economics/Finance) I have finished a year of calc in college but still need to do the year of calc based physics. I always wanted to do OCS in the navy as my father is a former ANAV on a los angeles class. I realize I am at a disadvantage since I am not majoring in anything close to what is looked for but my commitment to NUPOC is still just about as strong as many others hoping to be accepted. My GPA is lacking around the 2.5 area, but I just want to know what if anything can I do to make myself standout so that I have a chance to fulfill a dream of mine.

I want to have sex with my girlfriend so bad because I am still a virgin but every tells me that girls have *******. I'm deathly allergic to cats however and I dont want my face to swell up during oral. Like if I even smell a cat I could die...but I want sex really bad...what should I do? Is there a special animal based lube I could use to prevent me from getting a rash or reaction???

Im a sophomore in college finishing up my associates right now (want to get a degree in finance by 2013) but I want to go into Navy reserves as soon as i can pass tape. Im hoping to become an active duty sub officer after graduation but I dont know what has to happen in order for me to switch from reserves to active duty. anyone have any info or personal stories?

So heres my beef...Ebert and roeper gave it a half star...Paul Travers of Rolling stones had a review that consisted of "I hate it because Paris Hilton ruined the entire movie cuz she couldnt play her part..." which means he didnt watch it cuz she did decent and shes only a supporting actress. I understand how the plot can be confusing, and the gore is a little over the top for some...but it seems to be 70% of the general population has never heard of the movie...20% hate it because they associate it with Goth kids who "go to hot topic and stock up on invader zim garb and pick up some gillette fusions to slit their pasty white thighs later"...and the remaining 10 % are into it...its quite sad to see that these "big name" movie reviewers gave up on Repo so fast...I was not interested in this movie in the least until my gf at the time forced me to watch it with her...

Anthony Head does an amazing job portraying a Dr. Jeckyll/ Mr. Hyde character, and practically carries the movie with his singing

Alexa Vega did a decent job acting as Shiloh...her voice in the songs is amazing and I couldnt imagine Shiloh being played by anyone else

Paris Hilton...I hate to admit it...did a decent job...my only qualms would be the song she did with the graverobber...it seemed awkward you know

Bill Moselly I did not like as Luigi...he played him well...but...he was almost too comical...(trying way to hard...only real character I didnt like)

but I guess what im getting at is that this movie really deserves better than how people have treated it...Alot of the complaints are that the writers wrote it with the idea of making it into a "cult classic"...which is not how a movie becomes a cult classic...

I think that the movie is too much of an indie horror movie/rock opera/musical for mainstream audiences to get into it...but it just seems that its gotten alot of undeserved bad publicity...am I the only one who feels this???

With the economy sucking, and teams facing blackouts...its only a matter of time before the NFL ships a team off to LA.

The three best candidates in my mind would have to be

San Diego

Jacksonville

Minnesota

San Diego and Jacksonville have current blackout issues facing them this season...and minnesotas lease on the aging metrodome is up in a year or 2. Minnesota also faced blackouts last season too...even in the playoffs!!!

I think the best fit for LA would be the Jaguars because their stadium is lack luster...there fan base has gone to crap...and besides their trip to the AFC championship game many years ago..they have no real NFL History.

The rivalries in the NFC North are too good to lose the Vikings..and the chargers have a nice stadium in Qualcomm...

I believe Jacksonville will get the boot sooner or later...your thoughts?

My two favorite teams are the Green Bay Packers...and the Seattle Seahawks

Both teams had similar seasons last year...and both teams have a revamped offense and defense

With such headlines as Vick, Favre, Burress, Cutler, and other big time trades...is this the most exciting offseason to date...The NFL is facing a major shakeup and the outcome could be an exciting one this year...

so my question is will this season be one of the greatest on record in terms of dark horse teams overthrowing long time legacy/division winners

Will the Colts return to the mediocrity of the pre Dungy era...Will the NFC north become the premier division to watch with all new rivalries and talent being brought in...plus tell me what you are most excited to see pan out this season

chicago at 9-7

and Lions at 4-12

Packers looked amazing against the browns with 2 touchdowns in the first quarter, the defense caused 5 turnovers...ik its the browns...but still...packers looked really good...and none of the other teams in the NFC seemed to look good in their first preseason game

Sorry I had to use that in order to get people to look at this issue...Brett Favre...a viking? I know people have beat this to death...but I know what Favre is going through to an extent...When I was in High School ball I always got excited about football when june rolled around and we started our minicamps you know...but when august hit during 2 a days and all that I often wondered why the hell I went out for football again...You leave battered and bruised and you wish you could just quit...but when summer rolls around you know you're just going to get caught up again.

Now some packers fans see Favre as a traitor...a diva...and an egotistical ***hole, but I still stand by him and believe that he got screwed over by the packers organization. Yes he burned some bridges and acted a little brash...but thats always how Favre was it was either he was starting or he wasnt participating...Ik it sounds ridiculous and that he deserved to get traded for that...but he earned the right to think that...the only 3 time consecutive MVP and the guy who brought back the Lombardi trophy to Green Bay after 27 years (yes Reggie White was a big help too...but) I wish I could have seen Favre retire as a packer...but if what they're saying is true...then I will be the first die hard packer fan to adorn the purple and gold with the #4 on it...Ik there will be people that think that im just ridiculous and im falling into Brett's trap...and that Favre is to blame...but I will stand by him through thick and thin...your thoughts

ok I live in nowhere wisconsin and have been following the ravens lately because they're starting free safety happens to be a guy named jimmy leonhard. Jimmy is from the a town of 300 about 4 miles away from me. He had to fight for everything in his football career he was a walk on at wisconsin where he ended up becoming an all american and holding the NCAA record for punt return TD's. And he was an undrafted rookie free agent that was picked up by the bills. He was a 4th string FS for 4 years and had a chance to start last year after all 3 FS happened to get injured...he played 4 games and had 2 interceptions...Then at the end of the year they cut him because he was too small they said (he's 5'8"). The Ravens picked him up at the beginning of the year. Everyone back home was on pins and needles because the Ravens were the number one defense in football practically...we were just hoping that he could make it through the season. He ended up being the starter for most of the season and hes contributed alot during the playoffs...including an interception at miami...and a forced fumble at tennessee that saved the game. Now hes going to Pittsburgh, and hopefully he can make a play, and win lol...I just wish more people would no about him because hes right up there with Ed Reed and Terrell Suggs you know hes got the stats just not the recognition.

Im 6'1" 300lbs, My recruiter told me i need to be around 211 to go to basic so im going to finish my sophomore year of college so i can lose the weight. So can I start officers school only being a college sophomore or do i need four years.

I have a history of depression and am currently in my 3rd episode. Will the Navy accept me or will I be turned down just for my depression. I also had a knee surgery 2 years ago, will i get dropped for that

How much is sub pay for E1's. I think for a mess cook its like 1200-1300 / month. But what is the sub pay on top of it. And what other benifits do you receive.

I got a smoking in the dorms citation and my court date is set for the 7th of this month. When do I have to pay my fine by. Some people say by the court date, and others say you get a month after

Marriuci is a good coach and ive been sad to not see him patrolling the sidelines for so long. Will anyone even consider giving him a contract or is he just doomed to be an announcer forever?
