About 2 years ago i visited a hotel with a friend. We stayed 3 nights and the first 2 went by with no drama, on the 3rd day we had no water to our room. We weren't made aware of the scheduled water maintenance and as a result travelled down to the reception area where we were told that water wont be coming on to sometime in the evening. So we went out. After fiddling with the taps we must have left the water on. On our return the place was flooded. The staff were very apologetic about it, claiming that the bathroom should have has a floor drainage system installed and that they should have notified us on arrival of the maintenance, and put us in another room. They took the bond of $300 for the room which i felt was fair enough and we left in the morning.

A year and a half later I hear again of this incident by a debt collecting agency pursuing me to cover the costs as i was 'liable' for the damages. I do not agree that I am liable to cover over 6 grand in damages (4 grand being for the 17 days the room went unrented) if any at all. If there had been proper draining AND I had been informed on arrival then night 3 of my stay would have passed uneventfully. The debt collection agency does not listen to anything I put forward. Where do I go from there?

I also dont have photos of the bathroom for any evidence of there being no floor drainage but... I wasn't expecting to have to PROVE myself during my holiday and stay (i know better now).

My BF is working in a rural town and I really doubt my wine & hamper package is going to make it in time (because I forgot about the whole rural thing...and well, I'm not sure if he'd want that anyway). He's an avid gamer, playing all sorts of games, but I need something addictive, something he can start-up and stop at anytime, and most importantly something relaxing. He is currently playing World of Tanks, and says he likes the slow action, yet minor competitiveness and whatnot... but anyway, if there is a game you just like to zone off to frequently that would be good... Since his job is kind of difficult...just no minecraft or Terraria suggestions please. xD

Of course any other suggestions are welcomed too. :)

Alrighty guys, for a 21 yr old I have quite the amount of greys (blame the stress) mainly near the temples and I have finally decided to dye it.

My natural hair colour is a dark brown, but gently highlighted with my many days being in the sun. I don't mind a solid colour, but some differences in colour would be great to make sure it seems natural. I won't be straying from the natural colour.

I will be going to a pro of course since it is my first time dying it. My question is: What are toners and is it needed? Should I opt for highlights? Or will there be a variation of colour throughout the dye?

Finally, what should I expect after getting it dyed? Will I be immediately happy with the turn out of colour? Or will it take a few says to adjust? If it's awful, what then?

Okay - so I created a minecraft world, journeyed through it and found amazing stuff in an area. I then died. In anguish I left that world and forgot about it. However, now I would like to recreate the same world as if it was brand new and be able to find the exact same stuff that was spawned into the world.

1. How do I re-create the world?

2. Will the exact same items spawn?

I have a GHD Gold Edition hair straightener and everything yet my hair wont stay straight for more than two hours!! Please tell me the types of products and steps I have to do to keep it straight for a day or more. :)

A little info: My hair is naturally curly...but not in tiny tight ringlets. They're just large round locks. I love my hair, but sometimes it's nice to straighten it once and a while for a change. Any natural/organic products that don't have too much chemicals would also be a massive bonus - Thank you!! ^^

I was watching some K-pop in the city, and I can't seem to find the music video anywhere. I can not speak Korean, but the video was rather unique (well i think so anyway). Anyway, it looked like this:

The video was done in some sort of 'stop motion'. The characters in the video were photographed from above (on a white background) and the would rigidly move and it would look like they were walking. There were two guys and a girl dressed in red with rather long, dark, curly hair. In the video they flew and swam through very fake looking backgrounds (haha).

Alright, so I've been asked to do a photo shoot for a competition. The theme is Army Women Discrimination, and I've been told that it's most likely going to be done in lingerie. (As well as army uniforms) I told a friend and she completely flipped at me, saying I was shaming myself etc. and that the connotations that guys get from this is nothing but sex. Also, in the future these pictures will be used against me.

As an artist I couldn't care less about the opinions of the masses. You paint to express, photography is the same, no? And I feel the topic is for a good cause too. I understand she cares, but what are your thoughts on this?

Alright, I am looking for PROPER answers here. I'm seeking out alternative contraception. I refuse to take the pill. It's not good for a woman's body and completely throws out the hormones - I've done the research on it and it's not going into my body.

I'm only new to Yahoo Answers and was amazed at how personally everyone takes the topic of Atheism and Religion. I have my own opinion about both, but would like to hear your story of why you feel you need to 'persist' in displaying that you are right and what makes you think people should turn to your religion?

He's a fairly decent player, can do trick shots and jumps etc. And I know he prefers a smaller tip for accuracy. He plays normal pool...so I don't know if that's American or not. I'm willing to spend about $100 - $200 but don't know if I should be looking at Ashwood or Carbon cues. Any help would be great :)
