  • Does freeze branding leave a different mark to hot branding?

Our TB has neat brand markings which are fairly innocuous. I have seen many SBs with strange almost white brandings on their neck? Is this due to branding types?

  • Will Parelli work for us?

Bought a TB mare who has taken a lomg time to settle in (been bucking and reefing just trying to put a girth on her, not even to the buckles). Have considered re-sale (needed and was sold as confidence builder). Am going to start parelli to conquer my fear and her trust, as she has started to listen to me for the first time 3 days ago.

How long should I give her and the course before I come to the conclusion that this will not work for her.
