If you had animal fur, strips of leather, and a bone needle how would you make a sustainable make shift bra in the wild?

I was in my house cleaning when I saw a mice. They sort of popped up and ran up the stairs. I got the broom to chase them off and was about to get a meat cleaver to take care of them when a male, who I didn't know but was leaning against something near me, said that my step mother would kill me if I did that.

I look outside and its a beautiful summer. I count the mice in our yard and in total to the mice in my home there are count seven. I scan the yard and find a rabbit being followed by my step sisters cat. The cat is trying to love on the rabbit, and after being mildly chased by the cat the rabbit gives up and lets the cat nuzzle and cuddle with it. The rabbit was white and before the dream ended the cat turned white as well.

The light from the yard lit up their fur until they glowed, and when the white expanded to fill my vision I woke up.

Whats the number I would call to see if I am eligible for food stamps or welfare in West Virginia?

I hear they can get an education from k-12 grade but don't you need specific government papers to get even that kind of education here? Also I hear some of them live in garages is that true? Basically I have no idea how illegal immigrants make it in the USA, specifically coming from Mexico, and it is really hard to find any information on that in the internet that is even up to date. Can anyone help me with this ignorance?

I don't know computer speak so the 'build my own PC' thing is more than confusing. Lets say I have a budget of 4 or 5k which includes a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. I want a gaming PC that I can play sims 3 and eve online on and not have a problem. I want it to run smoothly (graphics wise), and not break down easily. I don't care about the built in speakers quality I just want it to play music beautifully when I plug in my headphones. PLEASE don't tell me to get a Mac, because Macs are not good for gaming and the old games I like to play are not compatible with a Mac.

I keep on getting pop ups that our anti spyware and stuff cant see to find the source of. One of them was from http://www.trackimizer.com/443cb001c138b2561a0d907... and said "Fatal error: Cannot use object of type PEAR_Error as array in /usr/local/www/sites/tracking/index.php on line 154"

Can anyone identify a program that can get rid of these things? We tried Norton, AVG, and Speedy PC

It needs to have things that normal emergency kits don't, packed with stuff I wouldn't think to have in a very very BAD situation. I don't care how big it is. I am talking earthquake, flood, tornado, w/e survival situations where I cannot get to a hospital. Any suggestions? :)

I have a 300 dollars and I need a laptop that can work Skype, Facebook, Youtube, and Microsoft Word. I also need it to not suck at playing music when I plug my headphones in.

Any suggestions?
