  • What is your opinion of living in Wyoming?

    Hello,

My boyfriend and I are a young couple that are extremely tired of living in Missouri and are considering moving to Wyoming. What would you say are the major pros and cons of living there? I've read conflicting views that it's a great state, but a harsh one that doesn't have the best economy and job market, yet people absolutely love it. I love the west in general, so if anyone has a better opinion of another state, I'd love to hear that too.

    Thank you!

  • What do you do when you are questioning your relationship?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost 10 months now and I am starting to question whether or not we are going to last. We are in college and originally started dating in high school; lately though we have been having some problems, some of which have arisen because I have some feelings for a different guy. It's not that I necessarily want to date this new guy, but it is that we have a very good connection, so many things in common, and just feel so comfortable around each other. This, in response, has made me become a little distant from my boyfriend. Couple in the fact that I am unhappy with our sex life, which is affecting our intimacy and how close we are.

I'm not sure how to rectify these problems, or if I should just move on. I really love my boyfriend and do not want to hurt him.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you for listening.

  • Confused feelings for another guy?

    Hello,

So I have this new guy friend and we have been hanging out a little bit. I already have a boyfriend but he is fine with me hanging out with the other guy (let's call him K) because he wants me to make friends outside of him. Well, if you have ever experienced this, you will know what I am talking about. K and I have this very raw chemistry between us, both sexually and just in general. We have a lot of things in common, similar personalities, and are very comfortable around each other even though we don't know each other very well.

Well, last weekend I hung out with K and we got drunk and he ended up kissing me. I feel bad that I don't feel bad about it. Should I tell my boyfriend? If I do he will probably make me stop hanging out with K, which I don't want to do. But I love my boyfriend very much and of course don't want to break up with him.

    What would you recommend doing?

    Thank you!

  • Concern about my period?

    Hello,

I have a concern that has popped up lately. I am currently on my period but it is going on much longer than it usually does and is fairly heavy. I started on Tuesday and so it has been 8 days as of today. I am taking Tri-Sprintec as my birth control and am almost done with my second month. Could that be what is causing it to go on for this long and to be this heavy? I thought birth control was supposed to make them shorter and lighter. Either way, I have also had bleeding after sex, even when I wasn't close to starting my period. I'm pretty sure that isn't normal, so if anyone has any input, I'd very much appreciate it. I would just like to know if I should go to the doctor about this or try and wait it out.

    Thank you!

  • Psychology career question?

I know most of the sub fields offered in the Psychology career, but I was wondering which one would be best if I wanted to go into a purely research orientated field of Psychology. Can someone tell me the difference betweetn the developmental and clinical research aspect? Thank you!

  • Question about Catholicism?

Okay, now I really am not trying to offend anyone because I am honestly curious since I'm not a Catholic.

So, in the Bible, the 2nd Commandment tells us not to worship any idols as if they were God. Now, Catholics pray to the Virgin Mary, right? Well isn't that breaking the 2nd Commandment because the Virgin Mary, though she was important because she was the mother of Jesus, is not God, nor could be considered a form of God. And Catholics pray to the saints too. Isn't that also praying to idols and breaking the 2nd Commandment? Please, I really am not trying to be offensive, I'm just curious about Catholicism and wondered about the above question.

    Thank you for any information.

  • How would you go about becoming a youth pastor or teacher?

Hi, I'm 16 and Pentecostal. I would like to know what steps I should consider taking in order to become a youth pastor and minister to children and teenagers. In going to college, what courses would I need to take and what degree would I have to go into to? Any information at all would be helpful as Google isn't very effective.

  • Conversion of coal to crude oil?

Okay, so I know that I have asked this before but I would like to ask a more detailed question. Is it possible, not has it been done, but is it possible to take solid, hardened coal, and convert it into a crude oil that can then be heated at high temperatures which produces gas, propane, etc.?

  • Can you convert coal to crude oil?

I was told that you can convert coal to crude oil, and then to gas, diesel, jet, and so on. Is this true?

  • Does anyone believe in the Rapture that is supposed to happen on May 21st?

I am just kind of curious to see if any other people believe in it. I, personally, don't as it says in the Bible that no man can know when the world will end. I just don't understand his calculations. I mean yes, I understand how he did it but I don't get where he got the numbers.

    Thanks for answering.

  • How do I ask for his number?

How do I ask one of my friends (who I think likes me) for his number? I feel uncomfortable asking people for their numbers btw.

    Thanks!

  • What career could I have with a Classics major(Ancient Latin and Greek history)?

I really want a major in Classics which is the study of Ancient Greek and Roman history and their language. But, with that type of major, I'm not sure what type of career I would go into with it.

So, a list of careers would help me greatly.

    Merci beacoup!

  • Is there some type of supernatural presence in my house?

To start off, I am deathly afraid of supernatural stuff like this. So, my parents had this big new house built on my grandparents property a few years ago. All was cool in the beginning, of course I was kind of nervous in my new room, being as I was only like 12. I'm almost 16 now, btw. Anyways, so as soon as I got comfortable in my room, stuff started happening, of course. One night I was trying to go to bed and I heard the door open; I thought that it was just me dog at first, as he likes to come upstairs and sleep. But when nothing happened, I got up and shut the door entirely. As I was walking back to my bed, there was a loud bang on the door, which almost scared me to death. Hesitantly, I approached the door and opened it, since I thought it was one of my brothers. Well, one was snoring loudly on the couch (he wasn't faking, either) and the other was way away in his room with the door locked. Suffice to say, I slept with the light on. So life kind of continued on like normal; I would have terrifying dreams and have to leave my room, my dog would go upstairs and bark at nothing, my mom heard my door slam when she was the only one home. Stuff like that, enough to totally terrify me. So recently, my mom told me that she would be lying in her bed and something would lie on the bed next to her, against her back. At first she thought that it was just my step-dad but when she turned over, no one was there. This has happened a couple of times. And, I just found out, lucky me, that one night when I wasn't home, my step-dad slept in my bed (my mom snores really bad) and was sound asleep when he heard the door open. At first he thought someone was going to play a prank on him, but there was no sound. Then he said that it felt like someone had sat on the edge of the bed; he laid really still and then turned real fast to see who it was. No one was there and the door was closed. Wonderful. So I have been researching stuff like poltergeists and found that quite often strange stuff happens to teen girls around puberty (me apparently); I thought that this was right at first until I realized that that wouldn't work because if that was happening, it would just happen to me. Not to the others in my house. So, sorry that it was really long, and there is probably some things that I forgot, but if anyone can please help tell me what's going on, I would be very grateful. I don't think that it's a ghost too because some grandparents have lived on this property forever and no one has died on it, except for maybe some dogs. They aren't dead either; my parents built like a second house for them that is connected by a room to ours.

So, please if anyone could help me, I would be so happy.

  • What can I do to keep my cat with her kittens and not get bored?

My cat is used to being an indoor-outdoor cat. She just had kittens last night in our spare bedroom and is a very good mother. I am worried though that she may get a little stir crazy or bored and want to go outside and leave her kittens. I have to attend school so I can't be with her all day. Also, I have two other nosy cats and don't want to leave the door open. Is there anything that I can do so she won't leave her kittens?

  • Cat is giving birth!!?

As I type, my cat is giving birth. She doesn't mind if I am there, or if I touch her babies, but I thought that she would like to be left alone. What exactly should I do once she is entirely done?

Also, do you think these are cute names for the kittens? Kai(M), Jasper(M), Sage(F), Orion(m)? I only know so far that one of the kittens is male and his name is Kai. But for the rest, what do you think? I have more female names, by the way.

  • Signs that my cat is in labor?

By my best guess, my cat is at day 66. She started nesting today and has been restless. She has been sitting on my lap for the past half hour and cannot get comfortable for very long. She keeps purring and repositioning herself and will nuzzle at my arm; she will mew at me occasionally when I touch her tummy, wanting to be rubbed and petted. She's not really licking her bottom but she is cleaning herself (paws, belly, back) a lot. And she is breathing rather fast, fast enough to make me nervous. Oh, and her milk might be in, but nothing happens when I squeeze so I don't know. Is she going into labor? Thanks.
