Im looking to setup up still photography studio in my office but down have a lot of space, what are some essentials to get (muslins, lighting, etc.)

I'm wanting to get some prints made and am looking for the best way to prepare the files. When I upload the original, if i'm wanting an 8x10, I must crop it to meet the 8x10 format. 8x12 is perfect, but not always the most common format for framing. Sometimes depending on the picture, if you change the picture dimensions to 8x10, it alters the way it looks (scrunched up or stretched out if choosing say 11x14). So what's the best way to format the file?

Both tests ive had from 2 orthopedic surgeons have been the same. Toe strength, leg lift test, shin sensation. Would the Pirformis symptoms react the same way on those tests since theyre both involving the sciatic nerve? I have a bad herniation, but neither doctor has even mentioned the possibility of pirformis syndrome (i play a lot of golf and rec league ice hockey and did have a bad hip fall on that side) or given anything at all to do other then get a shot (which takes another 2-3 weeks to get scheduled) or surgery. Neither have bothered advising on things to do in the meantime. I can see the possibilities of both affecting me, and the lackluster effort from both doctors makes me looking for more answers

I have a severely herniated disc and surgery is on the table (as a complete last resort), but is one better to go to then another? The pain is sciatica, so the pain is not necessarily in the back.
