Ok, so I had a bad year in 2010 and I had a three judgments. I paid all of them off. Only one shows as paid. I have contacted the other two and both have now filed the satisfaction of judgments. I am wondering how long after the satisfaction of judgment is filed will it take to update on my credit report?

Ok, I am not dumb enough to think that all credit score are identical. However I am wondering do they give out the same amount of points for credit card payments?

I am currently working on my credit and getting errors fixed and I have also acquired two secured credit cards. I am using a credit manager for Experian (my lowest score) and after I made my credit card payments my score went up 61 points. So my question is did Equifax and Trans Union also go up 61 points or will their point system vary?

I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my car. One issue is when you are driving in the city after so long of stopping at lights, when you put your foot on the brake the fluid light comes on and stays on until you put your foot on the gas. The car is full of brake fluid and the brake pads are fine. It also makes a loud squeaking noise from the back of the car and when people sit in my back seat and my foot in on the break I can hear vibrating in the back of the car. Also my steering wheel was shaking(vibrating) while I drive (mostly under 40 miles an hour). I had the tires balanced and it stopped for a day. My car has been making a funny noises since I had the catalytic converters and muffler changed. It doesn't have a lot of miles only 86,116 miles which is really good for the year of the car. I am just trying to figure out what is wrong with this car. I also keep my oil changed every 3,000 miles.

I have had allergies since I was 16. Claritin worked when I was 16-18. I would also take allegra. Well my body has become immune to these medicines. I have also tried benedryl and Zyrtec. I am still congested. So should I try a nasal allergy spray? It truly sucks when you can't breath, your eyes are itchy and dry, and you can't stop sneezing. Does anyone have any suggestions. My father suggested taking a double dose and that didn't work either...

Ok, so I owe money to the state of KS for taxes. My paycheck has been getting garnished since last year in March for various credit cards. My account for taxes was also sent to the collection agency last March. I been since then trying to set up payment arrangements and I was told today that based on my income and my monthly expenses that I was at a negative income of around 1200 dollars a month. So based on that they wouldn't allow me to set up payment arrangements but, if the state takes my account back from them which is likely because haven't made any payments (which by the way I have been sending money in to the state of ks and not the collection agency) that my account would be picked up by the state and a tax warrent would be issued. I however don't have any property or money so I don't have anything they could take but they could end up trying to garnish my check.

The thing is, how can you not allow me to make a payment arrangement and I am TRYING to pay? Can they do that? He asked me how was I going to pay when based on my income and my monthly bills which are all necessitities they couldn't make payment arrangements for me because I don't have any "disposable income"! And I told the man rob Peter to pay Paul!

So is there anything I can do to try and secure a payment plan so that my account doesn't get sent back? Should I requet to talk to a manager and see if he can set it up?

PLEASE DON'T BADGER ME ON HOW I OWE TAXES! It was a time before I had a kid that I worked two jobs and I marked the wrong with holdings on my ks tax form and I have been in debt to the state ever since.

Ok, So I filed my taxes back in feb but I had an injured spouse form. Long story short I checked on Wednesday and it said my refund should be direct deposited into my account today. I have checked my bank account several times and it is still not there. Is there a certain time I should check or is there possibly a delay? I went back to where's my refund and it is still saying today?

Ok, so I owe the state of KS approx 2,100 from 2008. I did get a little return from this years filing and they took that and applied it towards my 2007 debt (300 and something) I only owe like a hundred and something for 2007. But, my question is will they settle my 2008 debt for half? Or am I just reaching for the stars?

I have a 2003 Chevrolet Venture Minivan and it keeps sucking down antifreeze. There are no visible leaks. I looked it up as a general search on yahoo and I found a blog from other Venture owners that said it was the head gasket, radiator, water pump, and a manifold. I have put 3 (yes I said 3) bottles of antifreeze in my van in the last 2 to 3 weeks. I have only had it for 7 months. It has over 124,000 miles on it. Should I start searching for another vehicle? HELP?

Ok, so I broke a lease last year. They garnished my check last year for about 2730.00. I recently applied for a car and found out that they filed another judgement against me for the same apartment for 2600.00. I haven't been served. I didn't even know they went to court. So my question is can they garnish my check again even though I didn't even know they went to court.

Additional information. The original garnishment order from last year was for 2740. They got 2730.00 before the order expired. I spoke with their attorney and he said that the 2740 was an estimate and they could change the amount at any time (that was last year around Oct).

I have been wondering what should I switch my son to since Similac Advance has been recalled? Or should I just put him on whole milk since he will be 12 months on Oct. 22nd? I am not a fam of Enfamil at all. It is tan, has a loud smell, and it really used to mess with his stomach. I am not buying the liquid similac because I feel it was made off the same powder they claim is messed up with bug larva. Any suggestions?

My check has been getting garnished since March 26th of this year. I only owe 58.05. So my next check will end the garnishment. My question is can they charge me interest even though they have been garnishing my check? Or does the interest stop since they garnished my check?

My sister has had a migrane headache for the past two weeks. It hasn't went away. She has been to the emergency room twice and they wont do a cat scan until her doctor recommends it. She can't get in the doctor until April 22nd. Does anyone know what could be causing the pain? Any remedies on stopping the pain? I bought her some "Head On", she has also been taking motrin.

I have a 94 Cadillac Deville and I am trying to figure out why it keeps going dead and not starting. I just put a new altinator, a starter, and a battery on the car. Something keeps pulling the battery down and the car wont start. Is it an electrical problem? Once the car is going it is a great running car.

I have been married for a little over 2 years. I made the mistake of getting married after 2 1/2 months of dating. Our marriage has been rocky since the start. We now have a beautiful 4 month old baby boy. My husband however is always doing things he has no business and is always in and out of jail. I fell out of love with him a long time ago but stayed with him out of pitty (he has no place to go). Well currently I have been praying and it may sound bad but he went to jail for something that could get him about 10 to 17 years. I am definitely going to divorce him but how soon is too soon to move on? Especially since I have felt like it has been over for months now. Don't get me wrong I love him but I haven't been in love with him for about 6 months or so.

My son is 3 months old and he has had the runs for three days. I called the ask a nurse line at the childrens hospital and she just told me that if he gets to eight runny diapers a day to bring him in. He usually has about two to three a day and they are like water. They run through his clothes and blankets. He also isn't as active as he was before. I am a new mommy so all advice is seriously needed.

I know this question has been asked a million times so I am going to make it a million and one. I currently have cricket. I like the phone service over all for the price but traveling with a cricket phone is pretty much unreliable. I went to Arkansas last year where I was supposed to have coverage and my phone didn't work. Then It would let me call other carriers but not cricket (my husband was at home and he had a cricket phone as well.) I had to use my sisters phone the whole time. Very annoying. I have been really considering switching to boost before summer hits because I have to go out of town and I need a phone that works anywhere. How do you like Boost Mobile. Would you recommend it. I am not worried about if you feel their phones are not that up to date all I really do is talk and text anyway. I am worried about the actual coverage and quality. Thanks!
