Okay you fitness gurus. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1?

About 8 years ago I lost 100 lbs, failed to get the final 20 off. Have done some yoyo but kept most of it off. Over the past 3 months while going through a divorce I have gained 30lbs. Most of it is sitting right in the middle of my stomach with the loose skin from before, it is a horrible blob with above the waist bigger than below. Not so much love handles, I look pregnant in a blobby way. Obviously I must get the weight off, but what do I do to target this area? Thanks in advance

Also any dietary help I will go for too

I know I will need to work out and make dietary changes, but some say different foods and different exercise target certain areas

I have chronic fatigue and my body is hurting all over, but I can't afford to gain any more weight

My dad is moving out and Mom wll be losing our house in a few months. The break up of my home has been at this house. I would like to live with my Dad until Mom moves. I don't want Mom hurt or mad, but I could live with Dad until then. Dad is the one that screwed the family up and I really struggle with being mad at him, but I just want some peace back in my life and he will get to move on before Mom can. What should I do?

When turning corners on a 1/4 tank our car starts sputtering. Someone had suggested that the tank register was off, however, if we don't turn sharp corners, we get as many as 75 miles more on our tank of gas. Could it be the fuel filter?

It only happens when you are taking a corner on the hiway at faster speeds. The gauge shows 1/4 full. All the other times everything is okay, can anyone help?

And how do you get better. I rest for a few days....try to get back to work.....a week later I can't get out of bed again

I am having the best time of my life, I have a career i love, a husband and child who are great. recently moved in a new home. Everything is great, but the last 3 weeks, i am so tired, my friends think i am about to colapse, but my doctor can't find anything. He even agrees it is not depression he just seems puzzled.
