I am negotiating a contract to take over a restaurant, and while I have just about everything else worked out, this is one thing I've been stuck on. I know the alcohol cost will be between 20 and 25%. There is no bartender, only servers. And much of my pay will be determined by sales. What is a good ball park percentage to ask?

My toilet tank is over-filling constantly. I just changed the wax ring the other day because it was leaking at the bottom. When I put the toilet back, I had fixed the leak but then the tank started filling and didn't stop.

I've adjusted the water fill level pretty low, but it keeps over-filling and then filling into the bowl, running water constantly. Once the water reaches the fill level, the flow of the water slows significantly to a trickle. The flapper appears to be fine. The level stays constantly above the fill line mark. Please help!

I have an 8-week old son, who is otherwise a very laid back, happy baby. He fusses when he's hungry and when he's extra sleepy but other than that, he rarely fusses. He is bottle fed and eats 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 ounces every three hours (give or take). He has recently started fussing during late night feedings after having eating about 2 to 3 ounces. He will scream as though I'm torturing him. I'll try to soothe him, burp him, rock him any number of things. He'll settle down and I'll go back to feeding and he'll happily take another half ounce to an ounce but then he'll start screaming again. I've been just cutting feedings off once he starts fussing, but then he just gets hungry sooner and will only eat a few ounces, throwing off his normal routine.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Every time I type or copy a link into a Word document it displays this: {HYPERLINK "http://www.website.com"}/ instead of the blue, underlined text. Is there a setting I accidentally turned on or off?

My wife and I adopted a three-year-old Sphynx cat when my wife's brother went to Iraq. At the time, we were staying with my wife's parents, which was a really large house, so we didn't always notice where she peed. But she did pee on the floor sometimes. There were other cats in the house, too, but we eventually started keeping her in our bedroom where no other cats were allowed. She still peed on the floor.

Now we live on our own in an apartment with two other cats that share a litter box. She'll poop in the litter box and on rare occasions she'll pee in the box, but for the most part she always pees on the floor and we've had her for about three years now. I'm going to try changing the litter. We've taken her to the vet before for other maladies and they never mentioned anything about a urinary tract infection. We've even separated her from the other cats and she still pees on the floor.

Please help.
